FERLA CLARKE'S MANUFACTURING PROCESS |
Each and every roller produced is manufactured to the highest of standards. Each roller is stripped
and cores sandblasted to remove any remaining rubber, rust, etc. Then adhesive is applied to ensure mechanical bond. The roller is then built
using customer specified materials and cured in the autoclave.

After a cool down period, rollers are ground to customer specifications, followed by high-speed
polishing and cleaning to complete the process. Finish, durometer and dimensions are checked to
ensure they conform to customer specs. In fact, a computerized record of each roller is maintained
thoughout each manufacturing level to ensure every roller meets our customer's specific needs. |
